Registration

  • Classic Booth spaces DO NOT include tent, tables, chairs, or electricity. They are located on the grass to the side of the main festival area. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENT WITH ADEQUATE WEIGHTS OR GROUND STAKES.

14th Annual Frisco StrEATS Festival!

We are thrilled to have you register for Texas' longest running food truck festival's 14th year - we're ready to make it the best year yet!


This registration is for previous and approved vendors.

All registration fees are non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event; no refunds given due to inclement weather.

Food Truck information:

  • Must provide Certificate of Liability Insurance, and name the event as additional insured. (can upload with registration, or email)

  • Must obtain a Temporary Health Permit from the City of Frisco ($52) and email it to nicki@friscootc.org once received.

  • Must ensure they have an adequate supply of food. If a food truck runs out of food, it will not be allowed to leave until the end of the event due to police requirements.

  • Must have your own refrigeration systems. The Health Department will be checking all food storage. The festival does not provide refrigeration. 

Booth Vendor information:

  • There are TWO types of booths this year - 
  • Premium Booth spaces are 10’x10′ and INCLUDE tent. They are located in the main festival area on concrete. They DO NOT include tables, chairs, or electricity.
  • Classic Booth spaces DO NOT include tent, tables, chairs, or electricity. They are located on the grass to the side of the main festival area. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN TENT WITH ADEQUATE WEIGHTS OR GROUND STAKES.
  • All food vendors must comply with all the City/County requirements, including booth vendors selling prepackaged food items. You will need to obtain a temporary permit from the City of Frisco ($52). No food may be prepared onsite unless in a licensed food truck or trailer.
  • All vendors must be selling a physical product.
  • Vendor booths must display their logo/name in their booth on a banner of a minimum of 2 ft x 3 ft. or 1 ft x 10 ft.

All food vendors, including food trucks and booth vendors, must email a copy of their approved Frisco Temporary Health Permit once received to Nicki at Nicki@friscootc.org.

You may use your event registration confirmation email as written approval from the event host. Instructions to apply for a health permit
